That means exercises that strengthen and use numerous body parts at the same time. If you work them out separately, like doing all machines, then you would not be achieving this. Hey, I was wondering where or if this is that kind of training that makes you stable on the field. Im looking for any type of training that will give me strenght and balance but I surely dont want to lose any speed. I play as an offensive midfielder, winger and forward and I want any training that will keep me stable so I can keep the ball under pressure and tackles. If you seen Leo Messi with the ball, you definitly know what I mean, thanks.
@MrSupermanrocks This workout isn’t designed to get you ripped. It’s designed to give you the strength needed to perform well on the field. Being ripped doesn’t mean you can perform. Remember, there are a lot of ripped guys that are terrible at soccer!
