The Difference between Perimenopause and Menopause

Menopause and perimenopause symptoms, some people still don’t know about what the difference is. Well, this article will discuss about symptoms will be experienced by women who are concerned with these two problems.

1. Menstrual periods.

A woman who had experienced menopause then she’s no longer menstruate. This is the end where a woman won’t experience it again. While the first symptoms of perimenopause is where a woman start to experience irregular periods.

2. Hot body temperature changes and sweats. While menopause, symptoms of hot flashes have decreased.

3. Decline fertility.

Women who have experienced menopause, they wouldn’t be possible to get pregnant due to certain hormones decline. Meanwhile, a woman who has entered perimenopause, she began experiencing decline fertility and no longer possible to conceive. Decline fertility is often associated with menstrual cycle changes.

Fertility decline is also caused by hormonal changes, one of which is reduction of estrogen hormone levels.

4. Mood and emotional changes.
